Binary and Decimal Numbers Converter

I tried to write this application as simple as possible to make the code as clear as possible.

About the program

First you select whether you want to convert numbers from binary to decimal or vice versa. Then you enter a number in the appropriate format. After confirmation, the program returns the converted number and asks you whether you want to continue using the program.
